Glen is the founder and a Company Director of Your Spec. Having built the business over the past 16 years, he oversees every aspect of the company and continues to drive its growth and development. With a passion for providing clients with a complete service, Glen introduced the idea of creating a showroom where all products and finishes could be brought together under one roof, making the design and decision-making process easier for customers. Glen will be your primary point of contact and is always on hand to guide you through your project from start to finish.

Dawn is a Company Director and is responsible for overseeing the administration and day-to-day operations at Your Spec. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring the business operates efficiently. Over the past few years, Dawn has played a key role in the continued growth and success of Your Spec, supporting Glen to build the company into what it is today.

As the longest-serving member of the Your Spec team Ian brings over 30 years of building experience to every project. He project manages the construction side of the business, overseeing work on site and ensuring everything is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. With decades of hands-on knowledge, there’s very little that fazes him, making him an invaluable part of the team.

Dave joined the Your Spec team in 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the second-fix stage of our projects. With an exceptional eye for detail and consistently high standards of workmanship, Dave takes great pride in ensuring every finish is completed to the highest quality. He’s also always happy to offer advice, answer questions, and help you make decisions throughout your project, giving you confidence every step of the way.

Adam joined the Your Spec team in 2025 and is our lead bricklayer, taking charge of all brick and block work. From setting out the foundations to laying the very last brick, Adam’s attention to detail and exceptionally high standards ensure every project is built with precision, quality, and care. His craftsmanship and dedication make him a valued member of the team and help ensure every build gets off to the best possible start.

Dom is the newest member of the team, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in groundworks and landscaping. He joined Your Spec to help expand and develop the landscaping services we offer, delivering high-quality outdoor spaces that complement our building projects. With his knowledge, skill, and attention to detail, Dom is helping us provide an even wider range of landscaping solutions for our clients.

Jay is one of our showroom advisers and is on hand to help you with the design and selection of products for your project. Whether you’re choosing kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, or finishing touches, Jay will guide you through the options and offer expert advice to help you make the right decisions. With his product knowledge and friendly approach, you’ll find everything you need for your project all in one place.

Max is our carpentry apprentice and is just completing his first year of training, with one more year to go. Working alongside our experienced team, Max is developing his skills every day and gaining valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of projects. His enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic mean he has a bright future ahead of him in the construction industry.

Chris is a valued part-time member of the Your Spec team, joining us on larger projects to support Dave with the carpentry work. With many years of experience in the trade, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to every job. He’s always happy to share his advice and help ensure each project is completed to the highest standard.

Kate is the creative force behind Your Spec’s social media. She transforms the photos and updates from our projects and showroom into engaging content that showcases our work and keeps our followers up to date. Passionate about creativity and communication, Kate is also expanding her knowledge of digital marketing to help grow the Your Spec brand even further.
